SCL has extensive experience in loadboard design for the semiconductor test industry.

We work at the forefront of new designs including:

• UWB
• Octal site Loadboards for CSP, BGA and QFN packages
• Fine pitch BGA to 0.25mm
• High-density pin count

Working closely with a client we are able to aid them in the successful design
of a new pin-out package for their device and generate a loadboard to test the prototype.

We are constantly working with FAB houses, FABLESS companies and tester companies specialising in RF and Microwave design from 2 to 36 layers, µBGA layout with controlled impedance and high speed constraints.
We cover a wide range of testers including:

We have proven designs which have utilized all the different tester resources and have strong links with the tester companies to keep our knowledge base high on the next generation of testers.
