PortaCAD

In 2008, Shane Consultants Limited launched a service called “PortaCAD”. This service has proved very successful with customers who prefer us to work on their site for the duration of the design layout.

We started out using only our permanent staff but today we have increased our capacity by using support from our outsource team, who are made up from sole or partner limited companies.

PortaCAD comes to you with licensed software that matches your existing CAD tools. Therefore, we provide that extra seat without the need for you to obtain further licenses and with a limited notice period, usually a week, you can switch us on or off as to the suitability of your project, therefore saving money.

On the other hand you may prefer for us to optimise an already licensed seat.

This service is offered subject to availability but usually customers book us a few weeks in advance to avoid breaks in the project cycle. 

PortaCAD is offered for short to long term appointments and is based on an agreed hourly rate.
